One Impact Hackers connection × your AI

Your AI can read your calendar. Now it can understand your mission.

Bring the full Impact Hackers loop into the AI and tools you already use—from naming what matters to diagnosing the week, designing the next proof, and closing the loop with an Impact Receipt. One portable Impact Brief keeps the context intact.

THE MISSING LAYER

Your calendar knows what happened.

Your task list knows what shipped.

Neither knows what mattered.

Generic AI can summarize a busy week. Impact Hackers gives it a harder operating question: what does the mission need now, and what evidence would prove progress?

The diagnostic reveals the leverage point. The rest of the loop turns that insight into an experiment, an adjustment, and a Friday decision.

GENERIC WEEKLY SUMMARY

“You attended 14 meetings and completed 23 tasks.”

“Six hours changed the outcome. Here is the next proof worth protecting.”

HOW IT PLUGS IN

Keep your tools. Add one Impact Hackers operating loop.

Your AI coordinates the connections. Impact Hackers contributes the mission logic—not another place to rebuild your calendar, tasks, or workflow.

ONE SHARED CONTINUITY OBJECT

Your mission should not reset when the conversation changes.

The Impact Brief is the living, customer-owned record of the loop. Your AI and a human Impact Hackers coach can work from the same version—with access you control—instead of creating competing interpretations.

THE FIRST COMPLETE LOOP

One outcome. One real week. One next proof.

The founding release stays intentionally narrow. You set the outcome, approve one calendar week, and confirm only the evidence that can change the decision.

01

Create the contract

Name the mission, one outcome, and the evidence that would prove meaningful progress.

02

Read one real week

Bring in one calendar week through the connection you already trust your AI to use.

03

Choose the leverage

Confirm only the evidence that changes the conclusion, then find the smallest credible move.

04

Run the proof loop

Protect the experiment, reset honestly if reality shifts, and record what Friday proves.

WHAT EXISTS WHEN

A complete method. A deliberately narrow first build.

We are not promising every AI, calendar, and work tool on day one. The pilot determines the first combination worth supporting.

NOW

Founding concierge loop

One outcome, one calendar week or manual summary, targeted confirmation, one Proof Week, and one Impact Receipt.

NEXT

One validated MCP wedge

Four lifecycle tools, one chosen AI host and calendar combination, Midweek Reset, and a portable Impact Brief.

LATER

Expansion earned by evidence

Saved patterns, a second host, more work sources, and team use only when each addition improves a real decision.

ONE CONNECTION · FIVE EXPERIENCES

The diagnostic is the front door, not the whole house.

Each experience answers a different moment in the same loop. Your mission, current outcome, and customer-approved history can travel with you instead of resetting in every conversation.

Install Impact Hackers once. Invoke the experience you need.
01
CLARIFY

Outcome Contract

Define what the mission needs now and what evidence would count.

02
UNDERSTAND

Impact Diagnostic

See what advanced the outcome, what enabled it, and what crowded it out.

03
DESIGN

Proof Week

Turn the highest-leverage insight into one bounded weekly experiment.

04
ADJUST

Midweek Reset

Respond to reality without abandoning the outcome or pretending the plan was perfect.

05
LEARN

Impact Receipt

Capture the evidence, the lesson, and the next decision while the week is still fresh.

THE WEEKLY HANDOFF

Insight becomes a decision. The decision becomes evidence.

MAR explains the baseline. The result that matters is a completed Impact Receipt with customer-confirmed evidence of progress—or a useful invalidation that improves the next decision.

7 coordination blocks replaced two open focus windows.

CONFIRMED

6.2 hours directly changed the donor renewal outcome.

3 events could shift MAR by up to four percentage points.

SUMMARY-FIRST
Stays in your AI: raw details Sent: bounded summaries Saved: only by choice
PRIVACY IS PART OF THE METHOD

Your week is personal. The default should reveal less.

In summary-first mode, your AI can send categories, durations, confidence, the Outcome Contract, and short sanitized summaries—not full descriptions, attendee lists, message bodies, or connector credentials.

  • You choose the date range and sources.
  • Raw labels are optional, not assumed.
  • Saving the diagnostic is a separate choice.
  • Calendar changes require explicit approval.
HOW THE SUPPORT DEEPENS

Free insight can open the loop. Evidence determines what comes next.

The MCP and human offer use the same method and the same Impact Brief. Pricing for the new experiences will follow pilot evidence, not precede it.

01FREE

60-second baseline

Name the gap manually and see whether the method fits.

02PILOT

03GUIDED

Proof Week implementation

Human support uses the same Impact Brief—no context restart.

04RECURRING

Impact Review

Only after the pilot proves completed loops create repeat value.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you let AI look at your week.

The founding pilot will make the operating loop, permissions, and uncertainty visible—not bury them behind a magic score.

Is Impact Hackers only a diagnostic?

No. The diagnostic is the entry point. One Impact Hackers connection is designed to support an Outcome Contract, Impact Diagnostic, Proof Week, Midweek Reset, Impact Receipt, and—later—cross-week pattern recognition.

Do I need a new AI app?

No. Impact Hackers is being designed as one MCP connection for compatible AI tools. Your AI coordinates the Impact Hackers method with the calendar and work tools you choose to connect.

Does Impact Hackers get my whole calendar?

The recommended privacy mode sends categories, durations, confidence, and short summaries—not full descriptions, attendee lists, or message contents. You choose what sources can be used and whether anything is saved.

Is MAR a productivity score?

No. Mission Advancement Ratio is a directional baseline: the share of included working time that directly changed your chosen priority outcome. It is not a grade, performance rating, or measure of effort.

Will the AI change my calendar automatically?

No. The diagnostic proposes a proof-week plan. Your AI should only pass approved blocks to a calendar tool after you confirm the plan.

What if my calendar does not show everything I did?

The report shows source coverage and uncertainty. You can add manual context, correct classifications, or complete a structured interview without connecting another tool.

When can I try it?

We are shaping the founding pilot now. The first version will test one complete loop: one outcome, one calendar week, one Proof Week experiment, and one Impact Receipt.
